  Special Invitation: Hoops for Homes Fundraiser</p>\n<p>Dear Friends\,</p>
 \n<p>We hope you and your family are well. We are thrilled to share some i
 ncredible news: Northfield Community LDC has been selected as a proud reci
 pient of the Diamond Matching Grant Program\, an initiative of The Staten 
 Island Foundation.</p>\n<p>This is a huge opportunity for our community. E
 very dollar donated to our upcoming Hoops for Homes fundraiser will be mat
 ched\, doubling the impact we have on our vital community programs and ser
 vices.</p>\n<p>The date and location are still to be determined (March 202
 6)\, but we’re excited to partner with local schools for a fun\, basketbal
 l-themed event. This fundraiser will bring our community together to raise
  crucial funds that enable us to continue our vital work for the community
 . The funds we raise are critical\, allowing us to aid Staten Island resid
 ents with housing issues\, foreclosure prevention\, utility savings\, and 
 support for seniors and local businesses.</p>\n<p>Thanks to the generosity
  of our supporters\, we made a significant impact last year:</p>\n<ul>\n<l
 i>We helped over 200 clients secure resources to stay in their homes.</li>
 \n<li>We improved home energy efficiency for over 100 residents.</li>\n<li
 >We helped six families receive $100\,000 first-time homebuyer grants from
  NYC.</li>\n<li>We completed repairs on 20 homes through our Beyond Weathe
 rization Program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>By participating in Hoops for Homes\, yo
 u will directly contribute to our mission of improving the lives of Staten
  Islanders. Your support helps fund our work in weatherization\, energy co
